Frequently Asked Question

Q: We're having a problem with ZideStore saying "No valid license key found. HTTP Error 402. Payment required".

A: The output of the servers hostname command needs to resolve to the IP address you entered into the registration form. Please make sure that your /etc/hosts file looks like

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
<eth0_ip> <FQDN> <HOSTNAME>
<other mappings if required>

where

FQDN is the output of hostname -f and
HOSTNAME is the output of hostname -s.

Please restart /etc/init.d/sx-zidestore after you've made any change to the hosts file.
